From the moment you step into Moegi, a special time begins. Our goal is to make our guests feel comfortable and warm with handcrafted decorations. Please take away the fatigue of travel and feel the experience that you cannot experience in daily life.
Entrance
You will be welcomed first by a rock garden, then by a soothing garden created by seasonal flowers and lovely garden objects. At night, beautiful illumination creates a wonderful space. When the gondola lift is in operation, you can also view the garden from the entrance.
Lobby
The forest is seen from the large 7-meter-high atrium windows. You can see the beauty of the trees as they change from season to season. The fireplace and tasteful handmade crafts create a special and comfortable space. You may even spot a cute squirrel or a little bird while relaxing in the lobby.
Free space
You can spend your time in the free drink corner surrounded by plants and stylish interior design. You can also bring in your own meals or drink coffee while teleworking. Please relax on the sofa and forget about time.
Terrace
The sunlight spilling from the trees, the wind blowing through the forest, the murmuring of the stream and the chirping of birds will release you from your daily life. You can also enjoy the beautiful shade garden. Losing track of time and relaxing on the terrace is also a wonderful way to travel.

Public-bath
Separate large public baths for men and women. Please relieve your fatigue in the soft Hakuba hot water pumped up from 60m below the ground with a view of the trees in the forest. Available from 15:00 to 21:30.
Locker-room
You can use lockers that can hold not only skis and snowboards but also boots free of charge.
Laundry
There are two washing machines and two dryers. Washing machines are free of charge, detergent is sold for 200 yen per use, and dryers are available 24 hours a day for 300 yen per use.
Package receipt/Shipping
Large luggages such as skis or travel bags can be checked in advance. Also, you can ship your luggage from our hotel. Please pay the shipping fee at the front desk. Please note that we do not accept payment on delivery.
Shuttle service
Pick-up and drop-off service is available before check-in and after check-out. Please choose from three locations: Hakuba Station, Happo Bus Terminal and Base Camp. Please let us know in advance by phone or e-mail so that we can pick you up smoothly. Pick-up service is available from 7:00 to 20:00.
Craft goods corner
We sell handmade goods which were also exhibited at the Shinshu Handcraft Festa, accessories, moss terrariums, etc. Please take a look at them as souvenirs of your trip.

- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 p.m.
- Q2. What are the hours of the front desk?
- The front desk is open from 7:00 to 22:00
- Q3. Is it OK if I check in late?
- Yes, if you plan to arrive after 10:00 p.m., please be sure to contact us in advance so that we can provide you with advance notice, although we do offer self check-in.
- Q4. What are the hours of the public bath?
- They are available from 15:00 to 21:30. If you arrive after that time, please use the unit bath in your room.
- Q5. Can I buy various tickets?
- We sell various discount lift tickets for Happo One in winter and discount tickets for Happo Trekking and Iwatake Mountain Harbor in summer. These tickets are sold by cash only, and we do not accept coupons.
- Q6. How many parking spaces are available?
- There are 11 parking spaces available free of charge for guests staying at the hotel. In winter, parking is free before check-in if space is available, and 500 yen after check-out. During the summer, parking is free all day both before check-in and after check-out.
- Q7. Can I use normal tires during the winter?
- Our hotel is located in the middle of a hill. We recommend 4WD vehicles with snow tires during the winter season. 2WD vehicles may not be able to climb the hill depending on the conditions, even with snow tires.
- Q8. What amenities are available?
- Bath towels, face towels, yukata (Japanese bathrobe), body soap, shampoo, treatment, and hair dryer are available in the guest room. At the amenity corner on the 1st floor, you can freely take a toothbrush, razor, hair band, hairbrush, body towel, cotton, cotton swab, lotion, milky lotion, oil cleanser, and face wash.

- Breakfast will be served from 7:00 am in the free space. If you would like to eat earlier than that time, please contact us.
- Q10. What time does the entrance close?
- Our entrance is always open 24 hours a day. As the front desk is closed at 10:00 pm, please bring your room key with you if you return after 10:00pm.
- Q11. When will the cancellation fee be charged?
- Please be sure to confirm details at the time of reservation, as they vary depending on the season and plan.
- Q12. Are there any rental stores nearby?
- Yes, there is a contracted rental store within 5 minutes walking distance. We can give you a discount coupon for that store.
- Q13. Can I send and receive packages?
- Yes, we can do both. We will keep your luggage after receiving it and give it to you upon check-in. You can also ship your luggage after filling out a shipping slip at the front desk and receiving it.
