| Q1. What are the Check-In and Check-Out Times? |
A: Check-in at 3:00 p.m. and Check-out at 10:00 a.m.
| Q2. Is it possible to park cars in the morning? Do we have to pay for parking? |
A: Parking is, of course, free during your stay between the check-in and check-out. For those customers who arrive earlier than the check-in time, parking is free if there is any space available at our parking. 500 yen will be charged after check-out, and 500 yen each before check-in and after check-out for the customers who have made the reservation through travel agencies.
We have a changing room for free and pay-lockers which can accommodate a large size bag at 400 yen.
| Q3. Are there any hotel shuttle services from the train stations or the
bus stops to the hotel? |
A: We are very sorry we donft have any shuttle services.
Free early check-in is possible for the groups if all of the members in the group come either by bus or JR(the Japan Railroad Company). This service is limited to those who have made the reservation through e-mail or telephone.
Baggage check-in is free if your rooms are occupied at the time of your arrival.
Taxi fare to our hotel is about 1,300 yen from the Hakuba train station and the base fare from the Alpico bus terminal in Happo.
| Q4. Is a credit card payment OK? |
A: We accept almost all credit cards below.
However, we accept only cash for package plan tourists.

A: Our reception counter opens at 7:00 am.
The package plan customers can receive the ski pass after the check-in.
The ski passes are available at discount prices at any time.
Early check-in is possible at 2,100 yen per room if we have any vacant rooms.
We can provide breakfast at 1,050 yen or 550 yen with free drinks.

A: Yes, it is.

Our Onsen (hot spring) bath is open 24 hours.
If your baggage comes with a delivery service(Takku-bin), please let us know in advance. We will keep your baggage in your room.
| Q7. Can the hotel keep baggage which is delivered to the hotel earlier? |
A: We will keep skis and snow boards for free and 400 yen per luggage at
a pay locker.
Please tell us about your delivered baggage at the reception counter. We will lead you to your stuff.
| Q8. What are the open hours for the main bathroom? |
A: Our main bathroom is open 24 hours except for cleaning time.
Please feel free to take our hot spring bath any time at your convenience.
| Q9. What are the open hours of the reception counter? |
A: The reception counter opens from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. We close the counter
the rest of the time except for the emergency.
